Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday Integrations and Workday HCM. This role involves developing and maintaining Workday solutions to optimize business processes and enhance system performance. A background in Finance & Accounting is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Workday solutions to optimize business processes and enhance system performance.
  • Oversee the implementation of Workday Revenue Management modules to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical expertise in Workday Integrations to facilitate smooth data flow between various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective Workday HCM solutions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Workday data by performing regular audits and validations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday applications to minimize downtime and disruptions.
  • Lead the development of custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users in utilizing Workday functionalities effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices to continuously improve system performance.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
  • Provide support during system upgrades and enhancements to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to integrate Workday solutions with financial processes.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality Workday solutions that drive business growth.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Workday Revenue Management Workday Integrations and Workday HCM.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Have a background in Finance & Accounting which is a plus.
