Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role involves analyzing data providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business success.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and insights that can inform business decisions
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and business metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business strategy and planning
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business performance
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks
  • Support the development of predictive models and algorithms to forecast business trends and outcomes
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations and reports
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
  • Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies
  • Work closely with IT and data management teams to ensure data availability and accessibility

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Business Economics Statistics or Data Science
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL Excel and data visualization software
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations
  • Show experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is highly desirable
  • Display the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Have a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change
  • Demonstrate experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques
  • Possess knowledge of market research and competitive analysis methodologies
  • Exhibit a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry trends and best practices

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
