Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager for our Digital Marketing team with 11 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Word MS Excel and Customer Service. Experience in Asset Management Operations and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to drive our digital marketing initiatives and contribute to the companys growth.


Responsibilities

Transition Manager Exp in Mortgage preferred

  • Lead the digital marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure the use of MS Word and MS Excel for documentation reporting and data analysis.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing projects ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and asset management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve existing strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in digital marketing processes and outcomes.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Nice to have experience in Asset Management Operations.
  • Nice to have experience in Asset & Wealth Management.
  • Must have a minimum of 11 years and a maximum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Must have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
