Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) and Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects ensuring they align with our strategic goals. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables
  • Track project performance specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Develop spreadsheets diagrams and process maps to document needs
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
