Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snaplogic Elastic Platform and preferably experience in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of our systems ensuring high performance and reliability.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integration solutions using Snaplogic Elastic Platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the integration process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and workflows.
  • Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data integration.
  • Document technical specifications and processes for future reference.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience with Snaplogic Elastic Platform.
  • Have a solid understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines.
  • Show experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit knowledge of best practices in coding and system optimization.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferably have experience in Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Be familiar with Agile development methodologies.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Be able to document technical processes clearly and concisely.
