Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Snaplogic Elastic Platform and a background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technology architecture and the ability to design and implement robust solutions. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our technology strategy and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement technology solutions using Snaplogic Elastic Platform to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine architecture standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs and implementation plans.
  • Ensure that all technology solutions align with the companys overall strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Lead the development of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility of new solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the technology landscape.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 9 years of experience in technology architecture and implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Snaplogic Elastic Platform and its various components.
  • Have a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and data flow management.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
