Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Desk - UAM and a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage day-to-day operations effectively and contribute to our companys success. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Service Desk
  • UAM related issues.
  • Oversee user account management processes ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and maintain systems to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Train and support end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide input on technology solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services and support.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Service Desk
  • UAM and user account management.
  • Should have a strong background in the Hi-Tech domain.
  • Must possess excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience with system monitoring and performance tuning.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Should have strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential system issues.
  • Should have experience in training and supporting end-users.
  • Must be familiar with IT policies and best practices.
  • Should have experience in conducting system audits.
  • Must be able to contribute to system upgrades and migrations.
  • Should have knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be committed to continuous improvement of IT services and support.
