Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Alfresco Content Services and Alfresco Work. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our content services ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Alfresco Content Services to ensure efficient content management and retrieval.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Alfresco Work to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Alfresco-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content management needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Alfresco systems including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Train and support end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize Alfresco Content Services and Alfresco Work.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all content management activities.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of content management solutions.
  • Analyze user feedback and system data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Alfresco technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the companys overall success by ensuring that content management systems are reliable efficient and user-friendly.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Alfresco Content Services and Alfresco Work.
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in content management and related technical support.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and train end-users.
  • Show a proactive approach to system maintenance and performance optimization.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content management.
