Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Orchestration and PowerShell. The role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions ensuring seamless integration and automation within our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will contribute to the companys mission by optimizing processes and enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Orchestration and PowerShell to ensure seamless integration and automation.Oversee the implementation of infrastructure projects ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that align with business goals.Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability.Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.Implement best practices for infrastructure management ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Train and mentor junior team members sharing knowledge and expertise to foster a collaborative and skilled team.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating relevant advancements into the infrastructure strategy.Participate in regular team meetings providing updates on project progress and addressing any challenges or concerns.Ensure effective communication with stakeholders providing regular updates on infrastructure projects and initiatives.Contribute to the companys mission by optimizing processes and enhancing system performance ultimately benefiting society through improved services.
Qualifications
Must have experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and PowerShell demonstrating proficiency in these technologies.Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Nice to have experience with other automation tools and scripting languages.Should have a strong understanding of infrastructure management best practices and industry standards.Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Should have experience working in a hybrid work model demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Should have a collaborative mindset working effectively with cross-functional teams.Must be able to create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.Should have a strong focus on optimizing processes and enhancing system performance.Must be dedicated to contributing to the companys mission and making a positive impact on society.
