Role: AFS Vision L2 Support
Location: Troy, MI / NYC, NY
Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “AFS Vision L2 Support” to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
· Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management and a minimum of 1+ years of experience in AFS Vision product experience
· Associate has to be strong in one of the skillset – Mainframe or .Net
· Experience and knowledge in Banking domain – commercial or consumer lending
· Production Support Experience in handling L2 incident, PR, SR Management with SLA adherence
· Experience in working with COTS product vendors for Banking (Preferred : FIS products)
· Knowledge in .NET / JAVA / Mainframe (Basic troubleshooting by referring logs)
Must have Skills & Qualifications:
•Mandatory Skillset - .Net or Mainframe, prod support experience, service management min of 1+ years of experience in AFS Vision product – Consumer / customer lending experience is mandatory
•COTS product or product knowledge in Fiserv DNA, FIS Systematic, FIS Payments, Actimize, AFS Vision, EPP products or equivalent products is preferred
•Good communication skills, strong production support experience in managing and adhering to SLA

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $55,350 – $92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
