Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot and Java. Experience in Commercial Lending is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing and high-quality deliverables.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Commercial Lending to enhance software solutions.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience in Commercial Lending (nice to have).
  • Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Show ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Have a strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a passion for technology and continuous learning.
