Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 13 to 17 years of experience specializing in React JS and Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model ensuring the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and contribute significantly to our companys success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using React JS and Java.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of software applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and practices.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into the development process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software projects.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of software development.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in React JS and Java demonstrating a deep understanding of both technologies.
- Have a proven track record of leading software development projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices.
- Have experience with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
