Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for designing and implementing robust scalable and high-performance applications.

Primary: Java 11+ JEE Spring Spring Boot Microservices Integration Design Patterns DevSecOps Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Java Fullstack applications.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirement analysis to deployment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the decision-making process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in Java Fullstack development.
  • Should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Must be proficient in back-end technologies like Java Spring and Hibernate.
  • Should have experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Must be familiar with version control systems like Git.
  • Should have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environments.
  • Should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Java Developer AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar.
