Job Summary
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor other developers (business information application software technology) to ensure the highest standard of technical quality.
Fulfills technical designing creating documenting and communicating the integration approach of all the components of the architecture.
Research analyze determine capabilities and propose solution alternatives that address specific business needs and product/service strategies across Businesses Lines.
Educates clients and negotiates the right technical solutions.
Deliver a positive and value-add experience to clients in every interaction.
Assist in the scoping of new opportunities designing tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
Ensure each artifact produced each configured technical component and all personal interactions are of the highest quality.
Acts as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program.
Build teams that can execute.
Provide technical coaching and oversight to other developers/architects.
Define domain specific evaluation processes for hiring that fits market needs.
Interviewing to screen and identify the best candidates.
Periodic evaluation of the team capabilities
Define emerging skill sets that team needs and identify training needs.
Align resource requirements based on demand projections.
Records resource training and development plans in partnership with HR.
Certifications Required
ServiceNow
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
Proven experience in two additional product lines outside of ITSM
