Lead Process Consultant - Legal Domain(Hybrid)

As a Legal Domain Product Consultant you will make an impact as the primary point of contact for all legal domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client.

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in the client or Cognizant office in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Location: New, Brunswick, New Jersey

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current legal processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and help defining project scope.
  • Analyze and document existing legal operation processes across global offices.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements and standardization.
  • Assist in harmonizing legal processes that align with best practices.
  • Participate in data migration discussions from existing legal operations system to the target Saleforce platform.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all legal domain-related queries and issues.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Ensure all implemented solutions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and process efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal consulting or legal operations.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce implementation projects, preferably in a greenfield environment.
  • Experience with Litify or similar legal management platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of legal processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization and integration is added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 – $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
