Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Angular 10+ CSS and HTML with a strong background in User Experience Services. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us deliver exceptional user experiences. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of user-centric applications using Angular 10+ CSS and HTML.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in user experience services to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the scalability and maintainability of the applications by following industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and user experience services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project delays.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Angular 10+ for developing dynamic web applications.
  • Should possess strong skills in CSS and HTML for creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Must have a solid understanding of user experience services and best practices.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model and collaborate with remote team members.
  • Should have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should have experience in leading and mentoring junior developers.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality work consistently.
  • Should be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Must have experience in project planning and estimation.
  • Should be familiar with agile development methodologies.
  • Must be able to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
