Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Process Executive in Prod Ops where you will leverage your expertise in UiPath and Claims Adjudication to streamline operations. With a focus on Provider and Payer domains you will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and accuracy. This hybrid role offers night shifts providing flexibility and a unique work-life balance.


Responsibilities

  • Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks improving operational efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Execute claims adjudication processes with precision ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claims issues enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze provider and payer data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Implement best practices in claims processing to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support in the development and testing of new automation solutions contributing to innovation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards ensuring compliance.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights promoting transparency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by enhancing operational capabilities and supporting strategic goals.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in UiPath showcasing ability to automate complex processes.
  • Exhibit strong understanding of claims adjudication with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possess knowledge of provider and payer domains enabling effective communication and collaboration.
  • Display analytical skills to interpret data and drive process improvements.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site tasks.
