Job Summary

The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops role is crucial for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure. With a focus on MSExchangeOnlineAdministration MSExchangeAdmin Ad-Server and Active Directory Admin the specialist will ensure seamless operations and support. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 12 years of experience offering an opportunity to contribute to the companys success by maintaining robust IT systems.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize MSExchangeOnlineAdministration to ensure seamless email communication across the organization.
  • Oversee MSExchangeAdmin tasks to maintain the integrity and performance of email servers.
  • Administer Ad-Server operations to support advertising and marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Ensure the security and efficiency of Active Directory Admin by implementing best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Document processes and procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
  • Contribute to the companys success by ensuring robust and reliable IT systems.
  • Support the application of cash to invoices by integrating domain skills where applicable.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in MSExchangeOnlineAdministration and MSExchangeAdmin.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Ad-Server and Active Directory Admin.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Have a good understanding of applying cash to invoices as a domain skill.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration skills in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
