Senior Project Coordinator

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will make an impact by supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) Launch Readiness Team, ensuring that tools, processes, and strategies are aligned with business goals, progressing on schedule, and effectively communicated to delivery teams. You will be a valued member of the ADM team and manage multiple cross-functional projects and programs that impact the full GTM lifecycle for products, solutions, and sales policies.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, track, and report on Go-To-Market Readiness projects to ensure successful completion.
  • Classify inbound launches and assign to appropriate leads based on prioritization rubrics.
  • Drive creation and maintenance of project artifacts (e.g., requirements, timelines, budgets, risk assessments).
  • Improve and document business processes and training materials.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and team operations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to align on business needs.

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What you need to have to be considered

  • Experience in project management of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Product Go-To-Market principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing tools and knowledge of SLA, SLO, and KRO.
  • Experience conducting quality audits and creating WBRs/MBRs.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
