Responsibilities : Agile & Scrum Facilitation Act as Scrum Master for one or more .NET Agile teams Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Retrospectives Ensure Scrum principles and Agile values are understood and followed Delivery & Coaching Coach team members on Agile best practices and self-organization Work with Product Owners to refine backlog items and ensure readiness Track sprint progress using Jira / Azure DevOps Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery Technical Collaboration (.NET Context) Work closely with .NET developers architects and QA Understand application architecture built on: .NET / .NET Core ASP.NET / Web APIs Microservices (preferred) Support estimation dependency tracking and release planning Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between business engineering and leadership Provide sprint and release-level status to stakeholders Manage cross-team dependencies in scaled Agile setups Metrics & Continuous Improvement Track Agile metrics: Velocity Burndown / Burnup Cycle time Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action items Support Agile maturity improvement initiatives 9.
