Cognizant is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join the Field Marketing team. This role partners closely with client-facing sales teams to drive growth, support new sales activity, and build relationships with target audiences. The position requires a proactive, adaptable professional who can operate effectively in a dynamic environment and leverage technology, including AI tools, to deliver impactful marketing outcomes. - Build strong working relationships with client-facing teams, Industry Solutions, and Consulting teams to enable joint go-to-market strategies. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute marketing plans aligned with business development goals. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to support engagement across key Financial Services accounts. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to create client-facing content including presentations, videos, and digital assets. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Ensure campaign amplification across internal and external channels. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Manage lead flow from marketing programs and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]

- 6+ years of experience in marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), demand generation, or sales enablement within professional services or B2B technology. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Industry experience in Banking, Financial Services, and/or Insurance. [Field Mark...or Manager | Word]
- Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign development, lead generation, and content creation.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 24, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000-125,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
