Operations solutions & business support manager

About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Manager to bridge the gap between our operational capabilities and new business opportunities. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our service offerings, developing compelling proposals, and driving growth by translating complex operational details into clear, client-focused solutions. What You'll Do

RFP Response & Content Management (30%)

  • Act as the primary liaison between our operations team and the central business development unit, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive and compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and our operational strengths.

  • Translate current operational capabilities and service delivery models into clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals and presentations.

  • Develop, maintain, and regularly update a robust repository of case studies, success stories, and detailed operational documentation to support RFP responses and new deal pursuits.

  • Ensure all relevant operational details are accurately captured and articulated to showcase our unique value proposition.

Customized Solutions Development (25%)

  • Design and develop tailored business process operational solutions across various service lines, including:
    • Field operations e.g. on-ground data collection, real world device testing
    • Location-based services e.g. street level geo data capture,
    • Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) human-in-the-loop training
    • Data annotation and labelling
    • Customer support service desk for Newgen services e.g. autonomous vehicles
  • Collaborate closely with operations, technology, and sales teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and meet client requirements.

Verticalized BPO Offerings Development (25%)

  • Lead the development of customized, vertical-specific BPO offerings within key industries, focusing on: Location-based services, Autonomous Vehicles, Micromobility: For Retail, Telecom, Insurance, Travel & Hospitality, and Healthcare.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new service offerings and differentiate our solutions.

Operations Business Support (20%)

  • Provide critical support to business leads, including the preparation of executive reports and presentations.
  • Conduct service delivery health analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational performance.
  • Assist in the transition and setup of new programs, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in solution design or operations delivery or process transitions or process excellence in business process services:

  • Proven experience in a solutions-focused role within the business process services (BPS).

  • Strong understanding of BPS operations, including processes, technologies, and best practices.

  • Experience with industries such as Retail, Telecom, Insurance, Travel & Hospitality, and Healthcare.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical and operational details into client-facing value propositions.

  • Experience in developing RFP responses and creating compelling proposal – knowledge of working in MS Office packages and Google Workspace a must have

  • Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and reports for exec reviews (AVPs++, Business Unit heads etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. MBA/ PMP - Scrum/ Six Sigma preferred

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment – while managing work balance across multi-geo stakeholders (willingness to work flexi hours to match time-zones such as CET, EST, PST)

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies like Location Based Services (LBS), Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operations for AI/ML training, Autonomous vehicles (HITL) and micromobility is highly desirable.
