Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL along with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This role requires working from the office during day shifts with no travel required. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our financial systems ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust REST Web Services to support our financial applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Core Java solutions that enhance system functionality.
- Utilize PL/SQL to manage and optimize database operations ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Analyze financial and accounting requirements to develop technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure all developed solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all technical processes and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in REST Web Services enabling seamless integration and communication between systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Core Java allowing for the development of efficient and scalable applications.
- Have extensive experience with PL/SQL ensuring effective database management and optimization.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of Finance and Accounting domains facilitating the creation of relevant technical solutions.
- Show a proven track record of delivering successful projects within the specified timelines.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills enabling quick and effective resolution of technical challenges.
- Possess strong communication skills allowing for clear and concise interaction with team members and stakeholders.
