About the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will make an impact by leading end‑to‑end client system conversion and data migration initiatives, ensuring seamless transition to FIS platforms. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.


In this role, you will:
• Lead client discovery sessions to understand business processes, product workflows, and system requirements
• Define and document data mapping, workflows, and conversion specifications to support system migration
• Partner with engineering and development teams to align requirements and support solution configuration or customization
• Conduct testing, validation, and readiness reviews to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and successful conversion outcomes
• Provide client guidance, training, and support throughout implementation, including go‑live and post‑conversion activities

What you need to have to be considered:
• Experience in Business Analysis, Conversion Consulting, or Implementation roles within financial services or enterprise systems
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Experience with data mapping, data validation, and system migration or conversion processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate across business and technical teams
• Experience supporting testing phases, including UAT, defect resolution, and validation


These will help you stand out:
• Experience working with financial services platforms or FIS products
• Knowledge of data transformation, workflow design, and system configuration
• Experience conducting client training sessions and readiness assessments
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system or data issues during implementations


Total Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $64,350 - $101,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
