Serve as a senior business analyst within a multinational environment translating strategic goals into clear requirements and actionable plans that enable data informed decisions. Collaborate across hybrid teams to optimize processes deliver scalable solutions and enhance value for customers stakeholders and society through improved business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive requirement discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to capture business needs in clear documented form that enables accurate solution design and delivery.
- Analyze complex business processes across multiple functions to identify gaps inefficiencies and improvement opportunities that drive measurable operational benefits.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents user stories and acceptance criteria that guide technology teams and ensure alignment with agreed business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with product owners architects and engineers to refine scope prioritize backlogs and ensure that delivered features address the most critical business problems.
- Create current and future state process maps and data flow descriptions that help teams understand dependencies constraints and optimization points within the business ecosystem.
- Define and track key performance indicators that measure the impact of implemented solutions on efficiency revenue risk reduction and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs in a hybrid work model using collaborative tools to validate requirements clarify assumptions and build shared understanding across onsite and remote participants.
- Perform structured impact analysis for proposed changes assessing downstream effects on systems data processes and user experience to reduce rework and delivery risks.
- Support user acceptance testing by designing test scenarios reviewing test results and confirming that implemented solutions meet specified business requirements and quality standards.
- Communicate complex analytical insights and recommendations in clear concise language tailored for executive business and technical audiences to support informed decision making.
- Coordinate with finance operations and technology partners to develop realistic implementation plans that align with day shift schedules and minimize disruption to ongoing business activities.
- Document business rules data definitions and process controls in a sustainable knowledge base that supports future enhancements onboarding and compliance needs.
- Partner with change management and training teams to prepare communication materials and user guidance that promote smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong expertise in business analysis with hands on experience in requirement elicitation process modeling and stakeholder management across large enterprise initiatives.
- Exhibit proven capability in business planning including scenario analysis prioritization and benefits realization tracking for medium to large scale projects.
- Apply advanced skills in analytical techniques and data interpretation to draw meaningful conclusions and propose practical solutions grounded in evidence.
- Utilize proficiency with common business analysis toolsets such as process modeling applications and backlog management platforms to maintain structured and traceable documentation.
- Bring practical experience working in hybrid team environments using digital collaboration methods that maintain alignment between distributed stakeholders.
- Show familiarity with modern delivery practices such as iterative or incremental approaches that emphasize continuous improvement and rapid feedback cycles.
- Maintain excellent communication facilitation and negotiation abilities that enable productive interactions with senior stakeholders subject matter experts and delivery teams.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000- $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
