Job Summary
The Technology Specialist will design build and optimize generative artificial intelligence solutions using AWS Bedrock text and image capabilities within a hybrid work model. The role involves collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver secure and scalable platforms that enhance customer experiences while aligning with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations across all cloud based solutions.
Responsibilities
Design generative artificial intelligence solutions that use AWS Bedrock text and image services to address complex business problems and deliver measurable value for clients and stakeholders.
Develop robust and reusable prompt engineering patterns for AWS Bedrock text models to ensure consistent performance reliability and alignment with organizational guidance for responsible artificial intelligence.
Build and maintain pipelines that orchestrate AWS Bedrock image generation workflows integrating data preparation inference and post processing components in an efficient and observable manner.
Implement secure access patterns for AWS Bedrock resources by configuring identity and access management logging and encryption controls that comply with enterprise security policies.
Optimize performance and cost of Bedrock based solutions by tuning model configuration right sizing infrastructure and instrumenting detailed metrics to track quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with application developers data engineers and product teams to integrate Bedrock based capabilities into web mobile and backend systems using cloud native patterns.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs for generative artificial intelligence services ensuring traceability from user needs to implementation and validation.
Perform rigorous testing validation and evaluation of Bedrock text and image outputs using automated checks human review processes and feedback loops to maintain high quality results.
Create clear technical documentation including solution diagrams playbooks runbooks and design decisions to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer within the team.
Guide peers on best practices for using generative artificial intelligence in production including safety guardrails bias mitigation content filtering and observability design.
Participate in code reviews architectural discussions and incident reviews to continuously improve the resilience reliability and maintainability of Bedrock based solutions.
Coordinate with governance risk and compliance stakeholders to ensure generative artificial intelligence usage aligns with organizational policies data privacy expectations and regional regulations.
Engage with business partners to demonstrate prototypes gather feedback and refine generative artificial intelligence experiences so that outcomes align with customer expectations and organizational purpose.
Qualifications
Exhibit six to ten years of experience in designing and implementing cloud based solutions with significant hands on work using AWS services in enterprise environments.
Show strong proficiency in AWS Bedrock text services including model selection prompt design and orchestration within production ready workloads.
Demonstrate practical experience with AWS Bedrock image generation including configuration of workflows that support content creation automation and digital experience enhancement.
Apply working knowledge of core AWS services such as compute storage networking security and monitoring to build end to end solutions that host Bedrock based capabilities.
Utilize programming proficiency in at least one modern language such as Python or Java to build integrations automation scripts and microservices around Bedrock endpoints.
Display experience with infrastructure as code tools and continuous integration continuous delivery pipelines to ensure reproducible and automated deployments of generative artificial intelligence solutions.
Illustrate familiarity with machine learning or artificial intelligence concepts including evaluation metrics experimentation approaches and methods to handle data quality and bias.
Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders through concise explanations of design tradeoffs risks and benefits related to generative artificial intelligence solutions.
Adopt strong problem solving skills and a structured approach to troubleshooting production issues involving Bedrock services logging tracing and monitoring tools.
Value collaboration in hybrid work settings by participating in virtual and in person sessions while managing time effectively within a day shift and minimal travel expectations.
Certifications Required
AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate focusing on generative artificial intelligence and Bedrock services
