Sr Software Engineer B2 role focused on designing and delivering scalable web applications using React Js Advanced JavaScript Java Spring Boot and Microservices architecture This hybrid role involves building secure resilient services collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring high code quality while driving continuous improvement for enterprise clients
Responsibilities
- Design and implement modular scalable web applications using React Js and Advanced JavaScript to deliver responsive user experiences for enterprise grade clients
- Develop and maintain robust Microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure secure reliable and high performing backend services
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate complex functional requirements into clear technical solutions that align with organizational goals
- Optimize application performance by profiling analyzing and refining React Js components Java services and data flows to improve responsiveness and resource utilization
- Implement secure coding practices and conduct thorough code reviews to reduce vulnerabilities defects and production incidents across Microservices and frontend modules
- Integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices with React Js frontends to provide seamless data exchange and consistent user journeys across digital channels
- Automate build test and deployment pipelines using industry standard tools to support continuous integration and continuous delivery for hybrid working teams
- Troubleshoot complex defects in Java Spring Boot and React Js components by performing root cause analysis and applying sustainable corrective actions
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system design Microservices interfaces and frontend architectures to support maintainability and knowledge sharing
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing best practices in Advanced JavaScript React Js Java and Spring Boot to uplift overall team capability and delivery quality
- Coordinate with quality engineering teams to design comprehensive test strategies including unit integration and regression tests for Microservices and web interfaces
- Refine existing legacy components by incrementally modernizing them to React Js and Spring Boot Microservices thereby improving stability and long term maintainability
- Contribute to architectural discussions by proposing patterns for Microservices scalability observability and fault tolerance that support business growth and resilience
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on code quality development processes and monitoring practices to enhance system reliability and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- possess a bachelors degree or higher in computer science engineering or a related discipline with substantial focus on software development concepts and data structures
- bring seven to ten years of hands on experience in designing and building large scale enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot and related server side frameworks
- demonstrate advanced proficiency in React Js Advanced JavaScript and modern frontend tooling to craft maintainable accessible and testable user interfaces
- show practical experience in designing building and deploying Microservices including exposure to service discovery configuration management and fault handling approaches
- exhibit strong skills in writing unit tests integration tests and using test automation frameworks to ensure consistent quality across frontend and backend components
- display working knowledge of relational or document databases and efficient data modeling to support performant Microservices and real time user interactions
- apply effective communication skills to collaborate with distributed hybrid teams stakeholders and technical peers ensuring clarity alignment and timely delivery of outcomes
Certifications Required
Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer and Spring Professional Certification or equivalent cloud native microservices credentials
