About the role
As a Change Management Consultant, you will make an impact by leading and delivering change management programmes that enable organisations to embrace and create value from AI and digital transformation. You will be a valued member of the Transformation Management team, working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders across sectors.
In this role, you will:
- Shape and deliver change management strategies for large-scale AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Guide and support leaders to drive complex organisational change at pace.
- Prepare teams for technology-driven change, influencing mindsets and behaviours.
- Design and deliver high-quality client deliverables, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to address client needs and drive adoption.
Work model
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Melbourne, VIC. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.
What you must have to be considered
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), ideally within consulting (Big 4 or boutique).
- Change Management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci Change Practitioner).
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering change management in project environments.
- Strong consulting skillset, with experience in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to design and deliver the full suite of OCM deliverables.
These will help you succeed
- Experience applying business strategy frameworks (e.g., hypothesis-based problem solving).
- Familiarity with digital methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Start Up).
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prosci).
- Proficiency with online facilitation tools (e.g., Miro, Mural).
