Required Skill:
- Meeting clients, understanding objectives, gathering requirements, analyzing current systems.
- Recommending, designing, customizing, and implementing hardware/software solutions.
- Creating reports, documenting processes, and training client staff/users on new systems
- Providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, training users, managing projects, and documenting solutions,
- They must demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and client-relationship skills to act as a trusted technical advisor
- In-depth knowledge of the primary language, its associated frameworks, libraries, and standard development tools.
- The ability to evaluate and guide system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and efficiency within the chosen tech stack.
- Grasping complex concepts, understanding system architecture, working with APIs, databases (SQL), scripting, cloud tech.
- Expertise in build automation tools and version control systems like GIT.
- Strong understanding and application of unit testing, integration testing, and knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) principles.
- Ability to apply object-oriented design principles and various design patterns to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience with designing and implementing microservices architecture.
Must Have
- Experience in one of the major language ecosystems (Java, Python, .Net , JavaScript etc.)
- Experience in the frameworks related to language ecosystem
- Experience in Integration Patterns (EIP)
- Experience in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs
- Experience in Message-Oriented Middleware (JMS, ActiveMQ)
- Experience in Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, GIT)
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Experience in Cloud (AWS, Azure)
