Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON
JD:
Mandatory skills: RPA, ITIL, Business Process
• Review and document business processes for automation feasibility and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and other project artifacts.
• Coordinate with RPA developers using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Apps to ensure requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions.
• Work with Infrastructure, Security, and Access Management teams to provision environments, system access, NPIDs, and digital worker accounts.
• Track project progress through JIRA, manage user stories, and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Facilitate discussions between business users, developers, QA teams, and support teams to resolve project issues and blockers.

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000- $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
