Job Summary
This hybrid role focuses on supporting policy servicing activities for life and annuities products by accurately processing policy updates maintaining high quality documentation and using MS Office tools for reporting and analysis. The role offers rotational shifts involves no travel and requires strong English communication for both written and spoken interactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform policy servicing activities such as data entry policy amendments endorsements and basic policy inquiries while ensuring high accuracy in line with defined service level targets
- Maintain detailed and well structured policy records using MS Office tools so that all policy related information remains current consistent and easily retrievable for internal teams
- Update policy administration data based on customer or intermediary requests in a timely manner while verifying completeness and correctness of submitted information
- Prepare simple reports and trackers using spreadsheets and documents to monitor daily volumes turnaround times and error trends within the policy servicing function
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders through email and collaboration tools in English to clarify policy details and resolve operational issues that could delay case completion
- Review incoming service requests against standard operating procedures to identify any missing information and follow up with the relevant contact for closure
- Support validation checks on processed transactions to confirm that policy values dates and customer details are captured accurately in core systems
- Respond to basic policy service queries from internal teams in a clear and professional manner using simple language and structured explanations
- Adhere to rotational shift schedules and workflow priorities while consistently meeting assigned productivity and quality expectations for each workday
- Comply with all process documentation data privacy standards and regulatory guidelines related to life and annuities policy servicing activities
- Identify recurring issues in policy servicing workflows and highlight them to supervisors along with suggestions for simple process improvements
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of standard templates checklists and reference documents in MS Office that help streamline daily policy servicing tasks
- Participate in training sessions focused on life and annuities concepts and tools so that knowledge and accuracy in handling policy requests improve steadily over time
- Support hybrid work expectations by maintaining reliable connectivity responsiveness and consistent documentation practices whether working from office or home locations
Qualifications
- Possess foundational proficiency with MS Office applications including spreadsheets word processing and presentations to handle policy data reports and documentation efficiently
- Demonstrate the ability to read write and speak English clearly in order to understand process documentation and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy when entering or validating policy information to reduce rework and prevent data quality issues
- Show interest in learning life and annuities insurance concepts so that policy servicing decisions and actions align with product rules and customer commitments
- Display willingness to work in rotational shifts in a hybrid environment while maintaining reliability punctuality and consistent performance across different time bands
- Value teamwork and openness to coaching in order to adapt quickly to process changes feedback and new tools introduced in the policy servicing function
