Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Junior SDET (Python - AI Quality Engineering) to join our growing Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience in automation testing, and an interest in emerging AI and GenAI technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on next-generation AI-powered applications, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions while building robust test frameworks and quality engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks, utilities, and testing accelerators using Python.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and API testing for web and mobile applications.
• Validate AI-powered applications, chatbots, copilots, and conversational systems.
• Develop test scenarios for prompt validation, response evaluation, and AI workflow testing.
• Perform AI-specific quality validations including hallucination detection, output quality assessment, and model behavior testing.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and quality engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases.
• Participate in automation strategy, continuous testing, and test optimization initiatives.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and drive quality improvements across development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience in test automation for web, mobile, or API applications.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and test scripting.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellente communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI Copilot testing.
• Exposure to AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Automation Agents, or Chatbot testing.
• Understanding of AI testing concepts such as:
  • Prompt Validation
  • AI Evaluation (AI Evals)
  • Hallucination Testing
  • Model Evaluation
  • AI Security Testing
  • Output Quality Assessment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD practices is an advantage.
