Sr. Consultant

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in Agile delivery environments.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, process documentation, and user story creation.
• Experience in backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience creating process flows, workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with global stakeholders and distributed teams.

• Prior experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) engagements.
• Exposure to Capital Markets, financial data, market issuances, securities, or investment banking domains would be an added advantage.
• Experience in AI/GenAI-related business analysis initiatives is desirable.

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Other Agile certifications such as CSM/SAFe Agilist are also desirable.

• 8+ years of relevant BA/PO experience.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments with cross-functional teams.
