Job Summary
Lead discrete Consulting engagements within our Banking FS Consulting business with responsibility for annual revenue profitability employee and client impact
Partner with the broader cognizant business to create and support strategic account plans in one or more areas of Banking FS
Act as a thought leader creating high impact thought leadership market impact and propositions
Responsibilities
Skills Experience
Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements
Oversee the planning and execution of data management projects to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for business challenges
Analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisionmaking processes
Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all business analysis activities
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives
Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Support the design and implementation of technology solutions that enhance data management capabilities
Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
Drive the adoption of best practices in business analysis and data management across the organization
Personal Attributes
Deep Banking FS Domain expertise ideally including lending Mortgage Business transformation programmes
Fluent in Dutch English
Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in business analysis and planning
Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid environment
Show proficiency in using analytical tools and software for data interpretation
Hold a master or bachelordegree in business finance or a related field
Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and regulatory requirements
Contribution to Development of Practice
Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development Knowledge Management Proposition or Solution Development
Develop focused Thought Leadership assets including industry points of view or white papers podcasts blogs video interviews etc
