Job Summary : This hybrid role as Product Configurator ISG focuses on configuring and optimizing FLEXCUBE CASA and FLEXCUBE General Ledger modules to support high quality financial products. Responsibilities : -Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for CASA and General Ledger configurations and translate them into precise FLEXCUBE setup tasks that support reliable product delivery and service excellence. -Configure FLEXCUBE CASA parameters including account structures interest rules and fee setups to ensure that banking products align with regulatory needs customer expectations and organizational standards. -Configure FLEXCUBE General Ledger components including chart of accounts posting rules and accounting events to maintain accurate financial reporting and streamlined reconciliation activities. -Conduct impact analysis for configuration changes in CASA and General Ledger to anticipate downstream effects on operations reporting and compliance while minimizing disruption to production environments. -Perform end to end configuration testing including unit and system tests to validate new or updated FLEXCUBE setups ensuring that functionalities work as intended and meet quality benchmarks. -Document configuration designs setup steps and change rationales in a clear and structured manner so that support teams and auditors can trace decisions and maintain long term system integrity. -Work closely with QA teams to design test scenarios and test data covering CASA and General Ledger flows so that defect detection is early and production stability is improved. -Coordinate with infrastructure and environment teams to ensure FLEXCUBE configurations are consistently promoted across development testing and production environments with proper controls. -Analyze production incidents related to CASA and General Ledger configurations identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive changes that reduce recurrence and improve system reliability. -Engage with operations and support teams to understand day to day pain points and refine configurations that enhance user experience reduce manual interventions and improve processing times. -Monitor performance metrics around transaction throughput accounting closures and batch processing to identify opportunities where configuration tuning can optimize system performance. -Prepare and deliver user training materials or knowledge sharing sessions that explain new configurations features and process changes so that users can effectively adopt updated FLEXCUBE capabilities. -Participate in governance and review forums providing configuration insights status updates and risk assessments that help stakeholders make informed decisions about product and system changes. -Align all configuration decisions with company objectives focused on secure financial services innovation and positive societal impact through reliable digital banking solutions. -Qualifications -Possess three to five years of hands on experience working with FLEXCUBE CASA and FLEXCUBE General Ledger modules with proven exposure to configuration analysis and production support activities. -Demonstrate strong skills in FLEXCUBE product setup account class configurations interest and fee definitions and General Ledger mappings along with good to have skills in related banking systems or integration platforms. -Bring required domain expertise in retail and corporate banking operations especially deposit products and core accounting with good to have knowledge of payments treasury or regulatory reporting domains. -Exhibit understanding of financial accounting principles regulatory considerations and operational risk practices that influence configuration decisions within CASA and General Ledger modules. -Work effectively in a hybrid work model combining on site collaboration and remote tasks while maintaining productivity clear communication and adherence to organizational work discipline. -Be available to operate in shift D as required by project schedules and production activities while managing handovers coordination with peers and adherence to defined service level commitments. -Need no travel for this role while still collaborating virtually across global teams and stakeholders using digital collaboration tools and structured communication practices. -Communicate clearly in English in written and spoken form to interact with business users technology teams and external partners while producing high quality documentation and status reporting. 9.
