- Lead end to end technical design and configuration of S4 HANA SAP Automotive solutions to support complex dealer and manufacturer processes while ensuring high performance and scalability across global operations.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of SAP Vehicle Management System to streamline vehicle lifecycle activities from ordering through delivery and service improving transparency for business stakeholders and customers.
- Provide expert support and enhancement for SAP DBM After Sale processes by analyzing service warranty and parts management flows and translating them into robust system configurations that improve operational efficiency.
- Drive resolution of critical incidents and problem tickets in collaboration with business and IT teams by performing root cause analysis in S4 HANA SAP Automotive SAP VMS and SAP DBM modules and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Collaborate with product owners business analysts and process experts to translate IT business support requirements and customer experience objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate hybrid model work execution by planning onsite and remote activities organizing technical workshops and ensuring consistent communication across distributed teams during regular day shift hours.
- Optimize customer experience journeys by designing and configuring processes that reduce cycle times improve accuracy of customer information and enable proactive communication through integrated SAP workflows.
- Guide code reviews transport management and system integration activities to maintain stable landscapes and ensure that enhancements in automotive and after sales domains are delivered with minimal disruption.
- Conduct detailed impact assessments and regression testing for changes in S4 HANA SAP Automotive VMS and DBM components to protect critical business functions such as vehicle sales service operations and parts logistics.
- Mentor junior consultants and technical analysts by sharing best practices in automotive SAP implementations after sales process support and structured problem solving to build a strong internal capability base.
- Align solution designs with enterprise architecture and compliance guidelines by documenting configuration custom developments and interface dependencies for audit ready and sustainable IT landscapes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities that strengthen IT business support and elevate end customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with integration and data teams to ensure accurate master and transactional data flows across S4 HANA vehicle management and after sales systems reducing data inconsistencies that affect customer experience.
Qualifications
- Possess five to nine years of progressive experience working with S4 HANA SAP Automotive including configuration enhancements and production support in large scale environments.
- Bring strong hands on expertise in SAP Vehicle Management System covering vehicle ordering allocation stock management and delivery processes in automotive industry scenarios.
- Demonstrate solid experience with SAP DBM After Sale including service order processing warranty management and parts operations backed by practical implementation or support work.
- Show deep understanding of IT business support practices such as incident management change management and stakeholder communication tailored to complex automotive enterprises.
- Exhibit proven capability in designing and improving customer experience processes by leveraging SAP functionalities to enhance transparency responsiveness and reliability of customer facing services.
- Display ability to work effectively in a hybrid model by managing time collaboration tools and communication routines while consistently supporting day shift operational needs.
- Apply strong analytical and problem solving abilities to diagnose cross module issues in S4 HANA VMS and DBM environments and propose solutions that balance technical feasibility with business impact.
