Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that support business and IT operations. You will work closely with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
· Configure workflows, integrations, and custom applications.
· Develop client-side and server-side JavaScript code.
· Create reports, dashboards, and platform automations.
· Support data migration and foundation data management activities.
· Participate in documentation, testing, and review activities.
· Troubleshoot platform issues and implement fixes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Qualifications
· 2-4 years of ServiceNow experience.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
· Experience working in Agile environments.
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Skills and Experience
· Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
· Strong JavaScript development skills.
· Experience with integrations and web services.
· Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data modelling.
· Experience with workflows, flows, and automation solutions.
· Familiarity with LDAP integrations.
· Experience developing custom applications.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
