Job Summary
Sr Developer with eight to ten years of experience will design and build secure and scalable applications using Net Web API Java and nUnit for an MNC in a hybrid day shift model without travel. The role focuses on delivering high quality enterprise solutions for hi tech clients while ensuring robust testing performance optimization and maintainability across complex distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust application components using Net Web API and Java to deliver scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Develop secure and efficient service endpoints and integration workflows that enable reliable communication between distributed systems and external applications.
- Provide well structured unit tests using nUnit to ensure high reliability test coverage and early detection of defects across application modules.
- Optimize application performance by analyzing execution patterns and refining data access logic to improve responsiveness and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to refine requirements clarify technical constraints and ensure shared understanding of solution design.
- Review and refactor existing code bases to improve readability modularity and compliance with organizational coding guidelines and best practices.
- Guide the implementation of error handling logging and monitoring strategies that support proactive issue detection and stable production operations.
- Coordinate application deployment activities by preparing build configurations validating release artifacts and supporting smooth rollouts in day shift operations.
- Support incident analysis and defect resolution by reproducing issues tracing root causes and implementing sustainable corrective changes.
- Document technical designs service contracts and testing approaches to enable knowledge sharing and long term maintainability across teams.
- Engage with product and architecture stakeholders to assess technical feasibility estimate development effort and align on delivery timelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing tooling enhancements process refinements and automation initiatives that increase productivity.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality and security standards by following review processes and addressing identified technical risks.
Qualifications
- Bring eight to ten years of progressive software development experience demonstrating consistent ownership of complex Net and Web API solutions.
- Possess strong hands on expertise with Net frameworks and Web API development including experience in building scalable secure and reusable service layers.
- Apply solid proficiency in Java programming to implement interoperable components and backend services that integrate seamlessly with Net based systems.
- Demonstrate advanced experience in unit testing using nUnit including designing comprehensive test suites and maintaining test driven development practices.
- Leverage prior exposure to hi tech industry domains where solutions support innovative products platforms or digital services for technology focused clients.
- Operate effectively in a hybrid work environment by using collaboration tools and structured communication to maintain alignment across onsite and remote participants.
- Showcase ability to work exclusively in day shift schedules while coordinating with global stakeholders through clear documentation and planned interactions.
