Tu rol será clave en la definición y entrega de soluciones innovadoras que mejoren la experiencia de los usuarios y optimicen los servicios bancarios de nuestros clientes del sector banca.
REQUISITOS:
- Experiencia en banca, conocimiento en metodologías ágiles,
- Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos ágiles (Jira, Confluence)
- Experiencia en proyectos Canales Asistidos (fundamentalmente en Contact Center más que en oficina) y nivel alto de inglés ( C1): interacciones con clientes (voz, chat, mail, Branch, whatsapp), asistentes virtuales, posición global del cliente, contact center
- Experiencia en definición de procesos de Payments
- Nice to have: Experiencia con CRM Dynamics o Genesys Cloud
- Experiencia en proyectos internacionales
