Job Title: Systems Engineer (Windows & Automation)

Experience - 6 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities
• System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server (2019 and above) environments, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
• Automation & Scripting: Leverage PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks, manage system configurations, and streamline deployment workflows.
• Active Directory Management: Oversee Active Directory (AD) administration, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs), user access controls, and security permissions.
• Performance & Monitoring: Actively monitor system health, perform performance tuning, troubleshoot bottleneck issues, and ensure infrastructure reliability.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage, test, and execute robust backup and recovery operations to safeguard critical business data.
• Network Integration: Collaborate on network-related tasks involving DNS configuration, firewall rules, and load balancing setups.
• Cross-Platform Support: Assist with basic administration and troubleshooting in mixed environments, including Linux/Unix (and potentially legacy AIX) systems.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
• Operating Systems: Deep hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019 and above.
• Automation: Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for system administration and automation tasks.
• Core Infrastructure:
a. Proven experience managing Active Directory (AD, GPO, DNS).
b. Solid hands-on experience with server monitoring and performance tuning tools.
c. Demonstrated experience handling enterprise-level backup and recovery operations.
• Networking: Good foundational understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
