Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data processing solutions using AWS Glue and related services to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cloud-based applications.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using AWS Glue Studio and AWS Glue ETL to ensure seamless data integration and transformation.
- Utilize AWS CloudFormation to automate infrastructure provisioning and management ensuring consistency and reliability across environments.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using AWS CloudWatch identifying and resolving issues proactively to maintain high availability.
- Implement DevOps practices using AWS DevOps tools to streamline development workflows and enhance deployment processes.
- Leverage Python programming skills to develop robust and efficient data processing scripts and applications.
- Manage and optimize data storage solutions using Amazon S3 ensuring data security and accessibility.
- Utilize Apache Spark for distributed data processing enhancing the speed and efficiency of data analytics tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and contribute to overall company goals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS technologies and industry trends to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by developing solutions that enhance data-driven decision-making and impact society positively.
