Job Summary
The Sr Product Specialist in ISG will play a crucial role in configuring and testing Labvantage LIMS systems ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Responsibilities
Configure Labvantage LIMS systems to meet specific business requirements ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.Conduct comprehensive functional testing of Labvantage LIMS to identify and resolve any issues ensuring system reliability and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in Labvantage LIMS configuration.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and testing procedures to support ongoing system enhancements.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Labvantage LIMS users ensuring timely resolution of issues.Analyze data quality and governance requirements to implement effective solutions within the Labvantage LIMS framework.Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.Participate in system upgrades and enhancements ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.Stay updated with the latest developments in Labvantage LIMS and related technologies to provide innovative solutions.Support the development and implementation of data governance strategies to improve data quality and consistency.Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring high-quality data management and system reliability.
