Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Data Warehousing and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Talend Administration Centre SQL and Unix Shell Scripting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on data integration and transformation. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our data processing capabilities contributing to the companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data integration solutions using Talend ETL to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Oversee the administration of Talend Administration Centre to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expertise in Data Warehousing Concepts to design and optimize data storage solutions.
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and querying to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Implement Unix Shell Scripting to automate data processing tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the scheduling and execution of data integration tasks to meet project timelines.
- Document technical specifications and processes to support knowledge sharing and training.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance data integration practices.
- Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processing and integration workflows.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in Data Warehousing Concepts and ETL processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Talend Administration Centre and TALEND ETL tools.
- Have a solid understanding of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Show expertise in Unix Shell Scripting for automation purposes.
