• Identify architectural gaps, modernization opportunities, and platform rationalization initiatives across monitoring, observability, ITSM, ITOM, and automation domains.
• Develop end-to-end reference architectures, solution blueprints, and conceptual designs for observability, AIOps, SRE-aligned operations, CMDB-driven topology mapping, federated monitoring, and data ingestion frameworks.
• Architect enterprise integration strategies leveraging APIs, webhooks, event buses, configuration repositories, and data exchange platforms aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design interoperability models across SIAM, IT Operations, DevOps, CloudOps, Digital Experience Monitoring, and enterprise operations ecosystems.
• Own technical solutioning during RFI/RFP processes, including solution rationale, architecture recommendations, implementation roadmaps, operational benefits, KPIs, SLOs, ROI, and TCO models.
• Collaborate with sales, bid, and pursuit teams to create differentiated solution strategies and customer-focused value propositions.
• Develop executive-level presentations, solution playbooks, transformation roadmaps, heatmaps, and value realization frameworks.
• Lead solution defense sessions, technical validations, architectural reviews, and presentations with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Define commercial solution constructs including licensing models, bill of materials (BoM), bill of quantities (BoQ), and consumption-based models across observability, AIOps, ITSM, and automation platforms.
• Develop SIAM operating models, multi-vendor governance structures, and process orchestration frameworks across Incident, Problem, Change, Event, and Request Management processes.
• Conduct operational maturity assessments utilizing service management metrics, CMDB health, process performance indicators, and tool adoption analytics.
• Recommend transformation programs covering observability modernization, automation enhancement, AIOps adoption, and SRE-driven operational transformation.
• Design reliability engineering frameworks, service availability governance models, error budget policies, and proactive operational management strategies.
• Architect GenAI-enabled operational solutions including intelligent observability, AI-assisted troubleshooting, operational insights, auto-summarization, and knowledge augmentation capabilities.
• Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to validate solution feasibility, transition approaches, and deployment architectures.
