Job Summary
Serve as a senior full stack developer delivering resilient cloud native business applications using React Next Js TypeScript Spring Boot Quarkus MongoDB PostgreSQL Redis Gitlab and AWS Cloud in a hybrid work model ensuring scalable design secure integrations and reliable performance for enterprise grade solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable front end features using React and Next Js to deliver fast intuitive and accessible user experiences for complex enterprise workflows.Develop and optimize robust back end services using Spring Boot and Quarkus to support high throughput transactional and analytical workloads with predictable performance.Create and refine data access layers using PostgreSQL and MongoDB to ensure efficient queries maintainable schemas and reliable data integrity across environments.Configure and leverage Redis for caching session management and low latency data access to enhance responsiveness and reduce load on primary data stores.Build secure and reusable APIs that integrate front end interfaces with back end microservices while adhering to industry security practices and regulatory expectations.Use Gitlab for source control code reviews branching strategies and merge workflows to maintain code quality and enable collaborative delivery across distributed teams.Design and maintain automated CI and CD pipelines in Gitlab to support unit testing static analysis packaging and deployment across AWS Cloud environments.Implement AWS Cloud services for application hosting storage and networking to achieve high availability observability and cost efficient operations in production.Write comprehensive unit integration and component tests for TypeScript React Spring Boot and Quarkus modules to maintain reliability and reduce regression risks.Analyze production and pre production issues using logs metrics and traces to identify root causes and deploy safe well tested fixes with minimal user impact.Collaborate with product owners architects and peers to refine requirements estimate work and break down complex problems into deliverable technical tasks.Document system designs data flows configuration details and coding standards to support knowledge sharing and long term maintainability in a hybrid work model.Mentor less experienced engineers through pair programming design discussions and constructive feedback to raise overall technical quality and delivery outcomes.Drive continuous improvement in performance security and developer experience by proposing and implementing targeted enhancements across tools and practices.
Qualifications
Apply advanced proficiency in React Next Js and TypeScript to build modular testable and reusable front end components that support evolving business needs.Use strong experience in Spring Boot and Quarkus to design microservices that handle concurrency resilience and fault tolerance for critical business flows.Leverage deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design schemas indexes and data models that support both transactional and reporting use cases effectively.Utilize practical experience with Redis to design cache strategies eviction policies and data structures that reduce latency while preserving data consistency expectations.Demonstrate hands on expertise with Gitlab workflows including branching models code review practices and CI configuration to maintain a healthy codebase.Apply proven AWS Cloud experience to choose appropriate services define infrastructure configurations and support secure deployment of distributed applications.Exhibit strong debugging analytical and problem solving skills developed over six to ten years of experience in complex production grade software environments.Communicate clearly with cross functional teams in a hybrid work setting ensuring shared understanding of requirements risks and release readiness.
