Job Summary
Serve as a senior manager specializing in order to cash workflow and supply chain management within a hybrid work model guiding complex operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment timely invoicing and optimized inventory. Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve process efficiency strengthen business controls and support sustainable growth while delivering consistent value to clients and communities.
Responsibilities
Lead end to end order to cash operations to ensure accurate order capture timely billing and reliable cash application that supports predictable revenue realization and business stability.
Oversee cross functional coordination among sales finance logistics and customer operations to streamline order to cash touchpoints and reduce process bottlenecks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in order processing credit checks invoicing and collections to reduce cycle times and enhance working capital efficiency.
Manage supply chain planning activities to align demand forecasts inventory levels and replenishment strategies with business priorities and service commitments.
Coordinate with procurement warehousing and distribution teams to ensure materials and finished goods are available in the right quantity and location to meet customer expectations.
Implement and refine standardized workflows and documentation for order to cash and supply chain processes to strengthen compliance traceability and audit readiness.
Monitor operational performance metrics such as order accuracy on time delivery days sales outstanding and inventory turns to identify trends and define corrective actions.
Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to enhance enterprise planning systems and reporting capabilities for more reliable forecasting and decision support.
Engage with key stakeholders to understand evolving customer needs and translate those needs into process system and policy enhancements within order to cash and supply chain.
Guide issue resolution for escalated order billing or logistics cases by coordinating relevant teams and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Support risk management by identifying control gaps across order capture credit management and logistics flows and by recommending mitigations that protect revenue and reputation.
Optimize hybrid work practices within the team by defining clear communication routines documentation standards and performance goals suited for day shifts with no travel requirements.
Partner with finance partners to assess the financial impact of supply chain decisions and order to cash policies on margin cash flow and long term value creation.
Qualifications
Require extensive experience in managing complex order to cash workflows including order intake contract compliance checks pricing validations and coordinated invoicing for enterprise clients.
Require strong background in supply chain management covering demand planning inventory management logistics coordination and vendor collaboration in large scale environments.
Require prior experience of ten to fourteen years in operations or process management roles with proven accountability for measurable outcomes across revenue cycles or supply chains.
Require proficiency in using enterprise planning and order management platforms along with the ability to interpret operational data and convert insights into decisive actions.
Require strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams in a hybrid work setting focused on day shift operations.
Nice to have experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in order to cash or supply chain domains through automation workflow redesign or advanced analytics applications.
Nice to have exposure to industry specific regulations and compliance practices relevant to order processing trade and logistics to ensure responsible and ethical operations.
