Job Summary
This hybrid role focuses on delivering high quality services for international operations and analytics within an MNC environment. The associate will support client facing communication coordinate delivery activities and ensure accurate execution of assigned tasks while maintaining strong spoken English skills. Exposure to independent software vendor and high tech domains is considered valuable for success.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional delivery teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining clear and confident spoken English communication with stakeholders.
- Support execution of international operations and analytics delivery processes by following defined workflows and documenting progress in an organized and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather status updates and share concise summaries with managers and clients using effective verbal communication.
- Assist in preparing client ready presentations and meeting notes by transforming technical and operational details into understandable language for diverse audiences.
- Provide responsive support during day shift hybrid work hours by attending scheduled calls and virtual meetings and ensuring follow through on agreed actions.
- Maintain detailed records of delivery metrics and service performance to help identify trends that can improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement discussions by sharing observations from daily work that may enhance processes and tools in international operations and analytics.
- Engage in structured training and self learning activities to strengthen spoken English fluency and expand understanding of independent software vendor and high tech business environments.
- Coordinate with senior team members to clarify requirements and remove delivery blockers so that projects progress smoothly and meet agreed timelines.
- Support issue tracking and basic incident documentation by capturing context root causes and resolutions in a clear and simple narrative format.
- Participate in hybrid collaboration using digital tools for messaging and virtual meetings to ensure seamless coordination between onsite and remote colleagues.
- Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines while handling client information and operational data to protect organizational and societal trust.
- Contribute to the company purpose by helping deliver reliable technology enabled services that support innovation and improved experiences for businesses and end users.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong spoken English communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in meetings and client interactions.
- Bring basic understanding or interest in independent software vendor ecosystems including common product delivery and support models in the technology sector.
- Show awareness or curiosity about high tech industry trends such as cloud solutions data driven services and digital platforms relevant to global clients.
- Exhibit ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment by managing time across onsite and remote settings using collaboration tools.
- Display sound analytical thinking and attention to detail when documenting tasks reviewing reports and tracking delivery progress for assigned work.
- Present willingness to learn standard practices in international operations and analytics including reporting coordination and stakeholder communication.
