Job Summary
This hybrid role focuses on delivering functional Testing SAP Product Allocation SAP Billing and Revenue SAP SD + EDI for Brazil and LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash while applying strong domain experience in cheminformatics and bioinformatics. The professional will support complex business processes drive accurate revenue recognition and ensure compliant regional operations for a global enterprise. SAP SD+ CS experience is must.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze end to end order to cash processes and translate requirements into optimized SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency and revenue accuracy.
- Configure and fine tune SAP Product Allocation to ensure fair distribution of constrained products aligning supply with demand priorities and supporting strategic business objectives.
- Implement and maintain SAP Billing and Revenue functions to support complex pricing taxation and revenue recognition scenarios while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Adapt and enhance SAP SD functionalities for Brazil and LATAM markets focusing on regional tax rules invoicing specifics and localization requirements to secure compliant operations.
- Optimize SAP Standard Order to Cash flows by streamlining sales order creation delivery processing billing and customer invoicing to reduce cycle times and improve cash flow.
- Partner with domain experts in cheminformatics and bioinformatics to design SAP process configurations that support specialized product data regulatory controls and scientific workflows.
- Document functional specifications for enhancements interfaces and reports collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate development and effective testing outcomes.
- Execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing for SAP changes validating that solutions meet functional requirements and do not impact critical business processes.
- Provide day to day production support by analyzing incidents identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes that stabilize SAP order to cash and billing operations.
- Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct knowledge sessions to help business teams adopt new SAP functionalities and follow standard operating procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to order fulfillment allocation billing accuracy and customer satisfaction recommending process or system improvements based on data insights.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams in finance supply chain and commercial operations to align SAP configurations with broader enterprise strategies and compliance standards.
- Ensure that all implemented solutions respect data privacy scientific data integrity and regulatory expectations specific to cheminformatics and bioinformatics driven products.
Qualifications
- possess professional experience of three to seven years working with SAP Product Allocation SAP Billing and Revenue SAP SD for Brazil and LATAM and SAP Standard Order to Cash in complex business environments.
- demonstrate strong domain understanding of cheminformatics and bioinformatics including handling scientific product structures regulatory constraints and specialized customer requirements.
- show proficiency in analyzing business processes gathering requirements and converting them into clear SAP functional designs that balance usability compliance and scalability.
- display hands on experience in configuration testing and deployment activities within SAP SD and related modules including integration with finance and supply chain functions.
- bring familiarity with regional tax and compliance frameworks in Brazil and LATAM enabling accurate configuration of invoicing pricing and reporting structures.
- exhibit effective communication and documentation skills to work with global stakeholders preparing clear process documents training guides and support knowledge bases.
- maintain a continuous learning mindset by staying updated on SAP enhancements industry trends in scientific domains and best practices for digital process transformation.
Certifications Required
SAP Certified Application Associate Sales and Distribution and optional certification in bioinformatics or cheminformatics related systems
