About the role
As a Sales Agent, you will make an impact by helping businesses achieve their marketing goals through strategic Ads solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be a valued member of the Technology Ads Sales Team and work collaboratively with team leaders, account specialists, quality analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive customer success, product adoption, and account growth.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative sales conversations and proactive account management.
Identify customer business needs and recommend tailored Ads solutions that drive growth and maximize advertising performance.
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities and customer retention.
Deliver exceptional customer support through effective communication, problem-solving, and objection handling.
Maintain accurate documentation, follow operational processes, and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and product updates.
