About the Role
As a Consulting Manager – Finance Transformation & Accounting Advisory, you will help clients improve financial operations, optimize accounting processes, strengthen controls, and drive business performance. You will be a valued member of the Consulting team, partnering with finance leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes through process transformation, operational excellence, and finance modernization initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
- Lead finance and accounting assessments to identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Design and implement improvements across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to enhance operational performance and reporting effectiveness.
- Advise clients on accounting policies, financial controls, and reporting requirements to support accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Develop budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver finance transformation initiatives, automation opportunities, and process optimization programs.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, including controllership, financial reporting, operational finance, or finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, month-end close processes, and financial controls.
- Experience improving finance processes across R2R, P2P, O2C, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation functions.
- Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and variance analysis.
- Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, operating procedures, and control frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business and finance leaders.
- Experience working with ERP platforms and finance technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
These Will Help You Succeed
- CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certifications.
- Experience supporting finance transformation, shared services, or global business services organizations.
- Familiarity with process automation, analytics, reporting tools, and digital finance initiatives.
- Experience facilitating workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and finance process improvement programs.
- Consulting experience working with multiple clients and cross-functional delivery teams.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is expected to be between $95,000 and $140,000, depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Compensation decisions are made based on business needs and individual qualifications.
